If you have held a Learners Permit for the required amount of time you may take your Connecticut Drivers License Exam right here at our office in Fairfield. Your exam will be conducted on one of our vehicles. You must register IN PERSON for a license exam 30 minutes before any of our classes or by appointment. | |||||

| If you are currently
enrolled or have taken a driver education course consisting of 30 hours of
classroom instruction and 8 hours of behind-the-wheel, you are eligible to
take your license exam 120 days (4 months) from the issue date of your permit. If you are not enrolled and do not intend to take a 38-hour course, you are eligible to take your license exam 180 days (6 months) from the date of your permit. You will also be required to take an 8-hour course on drugs, alcohol and safe driving practices, which includes a 2-hr parent/student class if you are under 18. |
